Missionary Weekend

This last weekend Karl and I went to Fruitland, Idaho. His parents live there and it was quite the Dahle gathering. His brother Andrew just came home from his mission last Wednesday and his brother Hans is leaving on his mission to Montevideo, Uruguay October 28th. We are all proud and excited for both of them. On Sunday we all did family pictures and when I get them I will post the most recent update of the Dahle Family. Also, on Sunday, Hans and Andrew spoke in church. Hans spoke of how he's going to prepare for his mission, and Andrew spoke of how much he misses his mission and how it changed his life. They both did a wonderful job.
It was such a quick/fun weekend. We all went to the Boise Temple on Saturday morning and did 2 separate sealing sessions (because we had so many people from our family there). It was the coolest to not only do it with family, but for family. Karl's dad is a family history whiz, I mean, you'd be amazed with how much he knows. It is a blessing that he has that talent so Karl and I can do temple work for ancestors in the Rexburg Temple. I love being with family....it is really the highlight of my life when we visit family. My fmaily is so far away (Illinois), so it's nice to have some family close by. Well, I do have siblings pretty close by so it's not like we never see my side of the family. Any way, we had a great weekend and it was so fun! Thank you Eric and Rashae' for inviting us over! We can never really express how good you guys are to us!
