Last weekend I spent all day friday with my brother, Brandon, and his family. Well, most of the day was with his wife, Michelle, but it was so fun! We made bread, went shopping, went to the cannery, did laundry, and had such a fun day! I have been working on these stuffed animals for a girl who will pay me to make them, so I decided to make rough drafts first. I figured that since I'm getting paid to make something it should be really good....
When I started the monkey I realized it was much smaller than the pattern so I gave it to Jason and he LOVED it! The monkey's name is John...haha! So cute!
When I started on the elephant I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but Haley said, "You know, you can make me an elephant if you want to..." I love this girl! The elephant ended up having an extra lump that I didn't like so I put a pink bow on it and gave it to Haley. It's actually really cute and she LOVED it! She was having a bad day so it was nice to give her something to make her feel special. She named hers Ellie the Elephant. I love it, even though it reminds me of Ice Age 2. I love my talents and I love love love crocheting!!!
